At the Home Style Flooring Online Shop, we’re committed to making your shopping experience seamless by delivering your flooring quickly, reliably, and at no extra cost. This Shipping Policy details our delivery process, timelines, and what you can expect when you order from us.
1. Delivery Areas
We ship to addresses across the United Kingdom (mainland UK, including England, Scotland, and Wales). At this time, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or international destinations. Please provide an accurate delivery address when placing your order to ensure smooth delivery.
2. Shipping Costs
Free Delivery: We offer free standard delivery on all orders, regardless of size or value, to mainland UK addresses. This includes everything from LVT flooring, laminate flooring and carpet tiles to flooring samples.
Special Items: For oversized or specialist items (e.g., large carpet rolls), we may need to arrange custom delivery. If any specific requirements apply, we’ll contact you to confirm details, but no additional delivery fees will be charged.
Free sample requests are also shipped at no cost, so you can explore our range with confidence.
3. Processing Time
In-Stock Items: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is processed.
Out-of-Stock or Custom Items: If an item is temporarily unavailable or made to order, we’ll notify you with an estimated dispatch time (usually within 5-10 working days).
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
4. Delivery Times
Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days to most mainland UK addresses.
Samples: 3-5 working days via Royal Mail.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as location, weather, or courier schedules. Where possible, we’ll provide tracking information via email once your order ships, so you can keep an eye on its journey.
5. Delivery Process
Courier Partners: We partner with trusted couriers (e.g., DPD, Parcelforce, or specialist flooring carriers) to ensure your order arrives safely.
Delivery Confirmation: Most deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you’re unavailable, the courier may leave the package in a safe location (with your permission) or attempt redelivery.
Inspecting Your Order: Please check your delivery for damage before signing. If there’s an issue, notify the courier immediately and contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it promptly.
For oversized items, we may contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.
6. Missing or Delayed Deliveries
If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe:
Check your tracking link (if provided) for updates.
