At Home Style Carpets & Flooring we offer several different shipping options depending on what you order.

Standard shipping costs £10 for all orders. With Standard Shipping, goods that are in stock are delivered to you within 4 to 5 business days.

We advise you to check with us on delivery times as certain products must be ordered in and can take longer.

All deliveries are scheduled between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM. If you would like to schedule your delivery outside of these hours or on a Saturday, we can accommodate that for a small surcharge.

Most of our deliveries will arrive on a pallet and will be kerbside. However, our third-party delivery partners can wheel the pallet to your garage or door, provided there is sufficient access.

We take great care to ensure that your order is delivered in good condition. However, it is your responsibility to inspect the products for any damages upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please inform the driver when signing for the delivery.

We do not accept responsibility for replacing products that are not reported as damaged at the time of delivery.

Since deliveries are handled by a third party, Home Style Carpets & Flooring is not liable for any property damage that may occur. Property types that may be affected include, but are not limited to, pathways, driveways, garages, verges, and flower beds.

In the rare case that any such damage does occur, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide the details of the courier with whom a complaint needs to be filed.

We are not liable for any expenses you may incur due to late delivery of the products. Additionally, we are not responsible for reimbursing expenses incurred due to damages caused by hiring service providers, such as carpenters, fitters, and joiners. We strongly recommend hiring tradesmen only after the products have been delivered to your site.

If no one is present at your premises during the delivery and you have not informed the driver, you will be responsible for paying for a re-delivery. The cost will be based on the delivery company’s rate structure.

Once the products are in your possession, they become your responsibility unless you return them to us. We are not liable for any potential loss or damage to items once they have been delivered and accepted.

There are no exceptions to this policy.

You have 30 calendar days to decide if you want to keep your order or return any excess packs.

You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returns.

Please complete the form with the items you are returning. It is essential to use extra packaging to protect the manufacturer's boxes from dirt and damage during transit. Additionally, any product not returned on a pallet must be wrapped in bubble wrap for protection. We cannot issue a refund for products that are not adequately wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items at our warehouse, provided they are in resalable condition. If items are damaged upon return, we may refuse a refund or issue only a partial refund.
